U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and Chinese Vice President Xi Jinping visited a high school basketball court re-built by the National Basketball Association after it was destroyed by the Wenchuan earthquake.
V.P. Biden answered a student's question saying:
"President Obama and I want to see a rising China, we don't fear a rising China."
