North Korean Dear Leader Kim Jong-il got out of town this week and took the train to Russia where he enjoyed a tour of a Mil Mi-8 (helicopter) re-tooling plant.
Earlier he stopped at Lake Baikal but didn't hop in the very big lake because the water was too cold but he did enjoy a hot dip in a hot water pool.
